Terms of Service

Overview
Welcome to MOGOTSU – Your K-POP WORLD (“MOGOTSU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our online store and purchases from us, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

  1. Store Use
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract or have the necessary permission from a parent or legal guardian. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and keep your account credentials secure.

You must not use our store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, or interference with the security or operation of the store.

  1. Products and Availability
We sell products sourced from South Korea. Some items are purchased from suppliers after you place your order, and availability may change before sourcing is completed.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, size information, and prices. Screen settings may affect displayed colors. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Sourcing an ordinary product after an order does not, by itself, make that product personalized or exempt from applicable cancellation or return rights.

  1. Orders and Cancellations
An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order; it does not guarantee supplier availability.

If an item is unavailable, a material listing error occurs, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not substitute a different item or increase an agreed price without your consent.

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies. Your mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

  1. Prices and Payment
The applicable currency, product prices, shipping charges, and any taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout before payment.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion charges or fees. Payment must be made using an authorized payment method.

Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an existing accepted order.

  1. Shipping and Delivery
Orders ship from South Korea. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Preparation and transit times vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a significant delay or delivery problem occurs, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.

Handing a parcel to a carrier does not, by itself, remove our responsibilities to you. Responsibility for loss or damage is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive a valid claim against us because a carrier handled the shipment.

  1. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Duties and import taxes may be prepaid at checkout, included in a stated shipping service, or payable by the recipient, depending on the destination and service.

Please review the checkout information and our Shipping Policy. Charges explicitly collected or included should not be paid a second time without first contacting us to investigate.

Recipients may need to provide information required for customs clearance. We do not request or support false customs declarations.

  1. Returns, Refunds, and Faulty Goods
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return periods, procedures, shipping costs, and refunds:
    https://mogotsu-world.myshopify.com/policies/refund-policy

That policy governs these matters if another provision of these Terms differs. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence, including rights concerning defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

  1. Intellectual Property
Our branding and original content belong to us or our licensors. Third-party brands, product images, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

A product listing does not, by itself, imply that MOGOTSU is affiliated with or endorsed by the relevant brand. You must not use store content in a way that infringes the rights of its owner.

  1. Shopify and Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. Products purchased from this store are sold by MOGOTSU, not Shopify. Please direct order, delivery, and return inquiries to us.

Payment providers, carriers, and other third-party services may have separate terms for their services. Those terms do not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.

  1. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled:

Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or sensitive identification documents through public comments or unsolicited messages.

  1. Liability
We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Events outside our reasonable control may affect service or delivery. Where this occurs, we will communicate with you and honor any applicable rights to cancellation, refunds, or other remedies.

  1. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. This does not remove any right you have to bring a claim before a court available to you under applicable law.

  2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of our store. Changes will not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing order. We will provide notice where required by law.
